Export Millions Of Rows From Power BI To Excel Using Analysis Server

 


This magic trick is to export your data sets to excel as a data model, not a table so it can hold millions of rows. sol let's go over this step by step.

  1. Open your Power BI file and a new Excel File Then
Power Pivot is an add-in that you can use to perform powerful data analysis in Excel.
Here’s how you enable Power Pivot before using it for the first time.
Go to File > Options > Add-Ins. In the Manage box, click COM Add-ins> Go.
Check the Microsoft Office Power Pivot box, and then click OK.
